In light of the current uncertainty surrounding the recent outbreak of COVID-19, we would like to reassure customers that our priority is protecting the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees. We had to re-organise the way how we work, but we remain open for business online and over the phone with deliveries continuing.
We have our sales staff working from home and we can process orders within our normal time periods. We hold a good stock of benches.
We are mostly using pallet services for dispatching benches rather than delivering on our own vehicle.
Your bench is handled by only one person from engraving to putting it on a pallet. The bench is protected and shrink wrapped for transport, which means that nobody else can touch your bench.
The driver will not unpack the bench from the pallet in these circumstances. You will not be asked to sign for the goods.
If a bench is delivered by our own driver, we would like to request a no contact delivery. We will ask you over the phone for detailed information where the bench should be left and we will not require a signature. We kindly ask you to maintain a distance of 2m from our driver. We will not be able to deliver the bench indoors.
In line with government's guidance, our showroom is closed until further notice. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
